BAY OF PLENTY TEAMS [by telegraph—own correspondent] WHAKATANE, Friday The weather was fine for the 1 Oth annnal teams match between Bay of Plenty rifle clubs, fired on the Thornton range yesterday. All clubs were represented except Opotiki, though the Whakatane team was short and was filled with sparo men from the other teams. The shooting wait of a high standard, two Tauranga men. Major Eustace and R. S. Benjamin, putting on possibles at the 500 and 000 yards ranges. The yonng Rangltaikl team did well to win the match of two ranges with an aggregate of 050 and an average of 03, a Bay of Plenty record. The scores were:—Rangitaiki: L.
