INTER-CLUB EVENTS 'J COMPETITIONS AT OTAHUHU GRADE SCRATCH RACES Tho staging of scratch races in graded events by the Otaliuhu Amateur Athletic Club at Sturges Park attracted considerable interest and brought forward fine competitive fields. Points were awarded clubs for places in tho events, and only small margins separated tho leaders. Tho aggregates in tho three grades wore: — A Grade.—Auckland. 25 points; Otahuhu, 23; Old Grammarians and Ellerslie, equal, 18. B Grade.—Papakura, 22; Ellerslie. 17; Old Grammarians, 15.
