BROKER EXPELLED
WHITNEY COMPANY CASE TWO PARTNERS SUSPENDED (Received March 18, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, March IS Richard Whitney, head of the brokerage firm of Richard Whitney Company, has pleaded guilty to a charge of grand larceny 011 which he was indicted by a grand jury last week. The Stock Exchange has expelled Whitney and suspended his two partners from trading for three years. Their three seats will be sold for the benefit of the firm's creditors.
