ROUNDABOUT MESSAGES
Koundabout methods ot sending telegraph messages from Darwin were taken recently while the DarwinAdelaide telegraph line was interrupted by floods Some messages were nent to Batavia. in the Dutch East Indies, from there to Coeos Island. ia the Indian Ocean, and then to Fremantle. Western Australia. Other messages were transmitted by wireless from Darwin to Camooweal, Queensland, and thence by land line to Brisbane.
