MIDNIGHT COLLISION
MOTOR-CAR STRIKES POLE [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] BLENHEIM, Friday A motor-car which collided at midnight with a telephone pole at Spring Creek smashed a length of several feet clean out of it. Tho driver, Mr. Patrick Ryan, licensee of the Junction Hotel, Spring Creek, who was returning from Blenheim, escaped with chest and leg injuries.
