MEXICO'S DICTATOR
LEANINGS TO FASCISM HOPE OF RIGHT WING LONDON, Feb. 120 Mexico, the only Latin-American "Popular Front" country, except Colombia and Panama, seems to have found its Franco. He is General Saturnino Cedillo, dictator of the State of San Luis Potosi. The dictator's visitors, according to advices from Mexico City, include many Nazi and Fascist agents. He seems to be well supplied with money and munitions, and has }5,000 well-armed trained troops. General Cedillo has been, successively, a bandit, a revolutionary hero, an autocrat of San Luis Potosi, and Minister of Agriculture in President Cardena's Cabinet. Now he is the hope of the Right Wing. Since Mexico supports the Spanish Government materially as well as morally, Fascism's interest in General Cedillo obvious. Japan, also, has an eye on Mexico.
