The opening session of the first National Congress in New Zealand of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul will take place at the Town Hall on Sunday. From 3 p.m. "until the openinu of the meeting the Waverley Catholic Orphanage Band will play selections. The speakers will be His Excellency the Apostolic Delegate, who will open the Congress. Mr. P.
