HEALTH IMPROVED RESUMING DUTIES TO-DAY [BY TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL REPORTER] WELLINGTON, Sunday The health of the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, has improved so much that it is definite that he will be returning to work to-morrow. His first duty will be a welcome this morning to the New Zealand athletes returning from the Empire Games and the visiting riflemen, and on Tuesday he will preside at a State luncheon to the officers of the visiting French, waiv ship, Jeanne d'Arc.
