GIFT TO HOST AND HOSTESS [from our OWN correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday The presentation of two silver entree dishes was made to Mr. and Mrs, J. T. Reid by the members of the Birmingham and English Counties' Association at a social evening held in their honour in Hamilton in recognition of their services to the association. Mr. Reid has held the position of president for two years and Mrs. Reid has acted as hostess for that period.
The president, Mr. F. Waters, made the presentation and thanked Mr. and Mrs. Reid for what they had done. A musical programme, interspersed with competitions and novelty dances, followed. ; v : '4-
