FILM PERSONALITIES AS ART COLLECTORS
Moro and more film personalities are becoming collectors of tho masterpieces of art. Charles Laughton has quite a remarkable assortment of modern works, from French Post-Impressionists to such experts in naive black-and-white as James Thurber. Hollywood's leading collector is Edward (J. Bobinson, of whom an overwhelmed American magazine once wrote "His collection has been acclaimed by some of tho best art connoisseurs in the country . . . He talks with great artists. He is ready to learn.''
