NO PRIVILEGES DESIRED Except when performing official duties cars belonging to members of tho Royal Family in future frill not ask or seek spocial traffic privileges. This wish of tho King expressed recently follows an incident in October of last year when 100 taxi drivers paraded in a "protest" procession from Leicester Squaro to Piccadilly Circus, London, alleging that they were forced by tho police to move from their usual position outside tho Cafo de Paris because of the presenco there of tho Duchess of Kent'# car.
