CAUSED BY TENNIS BALL [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] "WELLINGTON, Friday It is believed that a tennis ball was responsible for a tram-car being derailed yesterday at the loop at Miramar. The car was not damaged extensively, and none of the passengers was injured. An inspection revealed that tke mechanism was prevented from operating by half a tennis ball, which Avas jammed between the rails in such a manner as to prevent a proper "switch" being made.
