UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ARREST OF THEIR LEADER TROUBLE IN RUMANIA By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received Janunry '-'B, 6.5 p.m.) Times Cable LONDON, Jan. 23 The Bucharest correspondent of the Times states that university students throughout Buinania are on a general strike because their president was struck by a policeman who had arrested him in order to tako him to Court as a witness at a trial of the men charged with wounding the rector of Jassy on March 2. Several clashes between the police and students occurred and a number were injured.
