AUSTRALIAN DELEGATES LONDON AND WASHINGTON DEPARTURE SHORTLY By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received January 27, T.ttO p.m.) SYDNEY. Jan. 27 The Australian Ministerial delegation to the Ottawa Pact revision conference in London will be the Minister of Commerce, Sir Earle Page, the Attorney-General, Mr. R G. Menzies, and tho Minister of Customs, Mr. T. W. White. Senior officers of Commonwealth departments will leave for Washington next month to make preliminary arrangements for tho commercial agreement with tho United States. Tho Ministerial delegation will sail for London direct in March, and is likely to visit Washington on the return journey. It is understood the proposed trade agreement with tho United States will have an important bearing upon the Ottawa revision discussions. The Federal Cabinet, which met in Sydney to-day, discussed the report by tho Minister of Customs concerning his trado talks in New Zealand.
MR PARRY IN SYDNEY SEVERAL CONFERENCES AUSTRALIAN MINISTERS LARGER QUESTIONS LATER (Received January 27, 10 p.m.) SYDNEY. Jan. 27 Advantage of tho visit of a number of Federal Ministers to Sydney for the anniversary celebrations has been taken by the Hon. W. E. Parry, New Zealand Minister of Internal Affairs, to discuss with them matters of international importance. Several conferences have also occurred between Mr. Parry and New South Wales Ministers, as well as Ministers of other States. Mr. Parry said he had been met by a general readiness to co-operate, but larger questions could not be discussed until the conclusion of the chief festivities.
