GERMAN AIR BASES BALTIC COAST AREAS . LONDON, Jan. 18 The diplomatic correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says he understands that discussion has been aroused at Copenhagen by Germany's recent redisposition of her military aerodromes and aircraft factories along the Baltic coast. All the sites chosen have strategic value, being the remotest points*from those countries from which air attacks might bo expected.
