BANKRUPTS DISCHARGED
[from our own correspondent] - HA MILTON. Wednesday Petitions for discharge- in bankruptcy were granted to the following by Mr. Justice Cnllan in the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day. Ira George Land, brush manufacturer, of Auckland; Albert .Edward Smith, farmer, of Mangapcehi; James Alexander 'Ritchie,' coal merchant, of Rotorua. Norman William Goode, carpenter, of Hamilton, was granted a> discharge subject to his submitting to iudgment for £SO, which he had agreed to do.
