TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT British Wireless RUGBY, Nov. 129 It was stated in the House of Commons to-day that Britain is in frequent contact with America and France regarding monetary policy with the objects set out in the tripartite declam+;ons of September. ]9'!6. However, Sir John Simon, Chancellor of the Exchequer, does not propose to initiate any social discussions* at present.
