MIGHT LOSE CHILDREN
CHRISTIAN PARENTS GERMAN: COURT RULING (Received November 30, 5.5 pjn.) LONDON, Nov. 29 The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says the Court at Wandenburg, dealing with a case of parents belonging to the banned International Bible Students' Association, decided that their children might be removed from their guardianship if they were brought up contrary to the views of the majority of Germans. This decision,, if the Supreme Court upholds it, will enable the State to threaten anti-Nazi parents with the loss of their children if they indoctrinate them with their own political views.
