AMAZING FLIGHT
GERMAN HELICOPTER MACHINE IN REVERSE SPECTATORS ASTONISHED (Received November 4, 10.50 p.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 4 A helicopter flown by Flight-Captain Hanna Beitsch astonished a crowd at the Tempelhof by flying backward. It rose straight from the ground, hung poised in the air, reversed and landed gracefully.
The machine is described as a cross between a windmill and a bicycle. The makers are planning others of the same class.
