LABOURER CHARGED
Charged with indecently assaulting a female aged 10, a labourer. Bertie Cooper, aged 51 (Mr. Ackins), appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. Ho pleaded not guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, bail being fixed at £IOO,
