REPUBLIC OF PANAMA CONSULAR RECEPTION HELD CELEBRATION OF ANNIVERSARY To celebrate the 3-lth anniversary of tlio declaration of the independence of the Republic of Panama, a reception was hold last evening by Senor don Simon Quiros Y-Quiros, Consul for the Republic, and Senora dona Eileene 13. K. do Quiros Y Quiros at the home in Arney Road of Mr. nnd Mrs. H. Kinder, grandparents of the latter. The guests included members of the Consular Corps, representative citizens and tbeir wives and personal friends. Bowls of vari-eoldured stock, early roses and Iceland poppies, arranged in large bowls, decorated the entrance ball and reception rooms..
