THE CIVIL RESERVE 15 CANDIDATES SELECTED [BY TKI.KGRAPH SPECIAL RM'ORTER] WELLINGTON, Tuesday The selection of 15 additional candidates from aero clubs for training in the civil reserve of pilots was announced this evening by the Minister of Defence, the Hon.
