OUTSIDE WORK BANNED
BOROUGH COUNCIL'S STAFF
[by telegraph—own correspondent] NEW PLYMOUTH, Tuesday
Permanent employees of the Nejv Plymouth Borough Council may not accept any other work for pecuniary gain, according to a decision of the council. It had been reported to the council that a few niembers of its staff had been accepting work from other employers. Tho council agreed that it was unfair while many inen were still without employment that men in constant employment should accept outside casual work.
