GLENFIELD CONCERT
SCHOOL PICNIC FUND A successful entertainment was held in the public hall in aid of the picnic fund of the Glonfield School, there being a large attendance. The enjoyable programmo provided by the pupils of Mrs. Francisca Mayall coinprised vocal and instrumental musical items, elocutionary numbers, toe and tap dances, and plays, the varied costumes of the children making a colourful display. The chairman of the school committee, Mr. G. Pannill, expressed his appreciation of the generous response to the efforts of Mrs. Mayall and her helpers.
