CASES OF SABOTAGE
AMERICAN NAVAL VESSELS WASHINGTON, Oct. 13 A naval board of inquiry announced to-day that evidence was found of sabotage in tho machinery of the new heavy cruiser Vincennes while she was undergoing her trials. A metal bar and a file apparently had'been placed in two turbine reduction gear boxes. This is the fourth serious sabotage incident on American naval vessels in the past seven years.
