RADIANT HEALTH CLUB
The speaker at a meeting of the Radiant Health Club was Mr. T. W. Silcook.
"Nature is full of gifts to mankind," lie said, and gives with open hands health, happiness and riches if we will but obey her laws. Disobedience of natural laws entails ill-health, poverty and distress."
Most of our troubles, explained the speaker, arose from the physical. Our food affected our body as did wrong thinking. To be radiantly healthy and happy one had to have a spiritual contact. This would illuminate the mind, heal the body and radiate joy and health to all around. Referring to facts, Mr. Silcock said that a fast was most beneficial to the body as it gave it time to get rid of accumulated poisons and cleared the mind. Following the fast, the next thing to do was to take pure fruits and foods.
