MASONIC FUNCTION

ANNUAL LADIES' NIGHT MANY GUESTS ATTEND A colourful scene was presented in the Symondsville Studio on Saturday night, when members of Lodge Rongoman, No. 280, New Zealand Constitution, held their annual ladies' night. There was a large attendance of guests, (including representatives from other lodges. The hall was hung with multicoloured balloons, while in the supper room the tables were arranged with vases of anemones and Iceland poppies. The guests wore received by the Worshipful Master, Mr. C. J. S. Lea, and Mrs. Lea, who wore a frock of cameo pink embossed souple satin, and a grey moleskin cape. The ladies' committee comprised:— Mrs. W. I. Davis who wore a frock of old gold souple satin; Mrs. H. Martin, cameo pink taffetas; Mrs. J. R. McCormick, Naples blue tinsel cloque. Among those present were: —Mrs. M. Hunter, Mrs. G.
