MORE FUNDS DONATED (Received .September 29. (5.5 p.m.) British. Wireless RUGBY. Sept. 28 Sir Robert McDougall has provided funds for an addition, to the area owned or protected by the National Trust in the Dove and Manifold Valleys, in the Peak district of Staffordshire. The National Trust now owns in the Dove Dale area more than 800 acres and protects by covenants a further 1400 acres chiefly as the result of Sir Piobert's generosity

The Pilgrim Trust also has given £SOOO and Imperial Chemical Industries, Limited, and Mr. Kerfoot have presented land in the Dove Dale itself.
