NORTHERN CLUB'S RACE The Northern Racing Pigeon Club opened its 3937 "old bird season on Saturday witha race from Raurimu, an airline distance of; 160 miles to the loft of the winner, Mr. 8. Webb, Mount Eden. The birds were liberated, at Raurimu at 11.13 a.m., but the unfav-'-curable weather slowed thorn up and thC" leaders did not reach Auckland, until p.m. Results are as^lollows: —Mr. S. Thei Huntly Homing Pigeon Club flow its first old-bird race of the season on Saturday, from National Park, an airline distance of 112 miles. Results were as follows: —K.
