Three Jews were killed and one wounded and * j three Arabs were killed and five | wounded. The recrudescence of murders has caused Arabs and Jews to unite in blaming the Administration, the loss of public confidence in which militates against its popular operation when racial feeling is involved. The restoration of security seems to depeni on the establishment of a fixed policy of impartial and determined administration commanding general respect. Generals J. G. Dill and A. P.
