ARMY MANOEUVRES
BRITAIN AND FRANCE WAR SECRETARY TO ATTEND (Received August 20, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, August 28 The Secretary of State for War, Mr. L. Hore-Belisha, will attend the intordivisional exercises, which are to be held in the manoeuvre area in West Anglia from September 9 to 11. On September 13 he will leave for France to' witness the French Army manoeuvres.
