PLEASANT SOCIAL EVENING 4. verv pleasant social evening was held by the Royal Society of St. George in the Penwomen's Club rooms on Saturday. Attractive decorations in red and white, with the insignia ot St. George in a prominent position, made tho rooms look colourful, llie president, Mr. P. Heath-Preest, with Mrs. Heath-Preest, received the guests, tho latter wearing a frock of powder blue lace. Competitions, dances and items provided pleasant entertainment, Miss M.
