PIRATE SHIP CABARET
There was n very large attendance at the Pirate Ship Cabaret, Milford Beach, on Saturday night, when an old-time carnival dance was held. A special drop scene featuring a Swiss village in winter, taken from "Daughter of the Regiment," backed the. stage on the lower deckhand cut-outs of drums adorned the ciibieles. These were later presented to the dancers. On the upper deck was featured a scene showing the cherry blossoms in 1 Tokio. Clusters of wistaria were suspended overhead above the whole expanse of-the deck. Appropriate nuisic was provided by the Pirate Ship Orchestra, the popular old-time dance numbers being frequently encored. A Monte Carlo competition was held, ilie winners C. Simpson n ' Ivimberley, with Mr. and Mrs. .T Hall, second.
