CONSTRUCTION SCHEME British Wireless RUGBY. August 26 The Glasgow City Council will have before it to-morrow a recommendation of one of its committees for the acceptance of a tender for the erection of a new high-level bridge over the River Clyde at Finnieston, one mile west of the centre of tho city.
