Nominations to bo in writing and signify tho willingness of tho nomineo to accept offico if elected. 2. Nominees must bo suppliers of nil their eggs to agents or merchants composing the Committeo. 3. Nominations must be mado by three other such suppliors and nomination papers must bear their signatures. 4. Nominees must bo Registered Poultry Keepers under tho Act. 5. Tho Secretary's decision shall bo final.
