At a meeting ot tho Auckland Metropolitan Milk Council held on Friday, 20th day of August, 1037, a Resolution was passed to tho following effect: > That the following prices for milk and cream bo fixed to apply throughout tho Auckland Metropolitan Milk District to come into operation on tho 6th day of September, J 037, and to remain in force until altered or revoked by tho Council. 1. PRIC'B TO BE PAID TO A DAIRYMAN BY A MILK VENDOR (a) For milk for separation into cream on the basis that 12 gallons of milk will produco 1 gallon of cream — If delivery is taken at tho dairy premises (i.e., tho farm) or at a collO"tion stand .. .. 10/ cl per gallon. If delivery is taken elsewhere ll'/ed per gallon. '(b) For all milk except as provided in sub-clauso (a) hereof 1/lVi per gallon. Notwithstanding any Regulations of tho Council relating to cream which may be sold, it bo lawful for a Milk Vendor, subject to compliance with Regulations under tho Salo or Food and Drags Act, 1008, to pell to a Shipping Company or any Agent thoreof for consumption or uso upon a ship or ships < cream which contains less than 40 parts per centum, but not less than 25 parts per centum ' Jjy weight of milk fat. 4. PRICE TO BE CHARGED BY MILK VENDORS.FOR.
