WAIKATO ACCIDENTS
FOUR HOSPITAL CASES TWO MISHAPS WITH PONIES [by telegraph—own correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday Four accident cases were admitted to the Waikato Hospital to-day. As a result of slipping on some steps at his home at Te Awamutu, Mr. John Crawford, aged 70, fell and fractured his thigh. A boy, Cyril Fisher, aged eight, of Kimihia, was thrown from a pony and received concussion.
A compound fracture of the ankle was received by Miss Elizabeth Given, aged 30, of Walton, when she fell from a pony.
When his car ran off tho road near To Awamutu, Mr. Albert Hoalcy, aged 53, of Oparau, received a fractured rib and anklo.
