32 SHEEP KILLED
FLOCK WORRIED BY DOGS LOSS ESTIMATED AT £SO [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] DUNEDIN, Friday The loss of 32 ewes through worrying by dogs is reported by Mr. John Blair, a well-known farmer of Toiro, South Otago. The sheep were found yesterday, dead or dying, in a creek that runs through the property, and from the bites visible on some of the Carcases it was clear that tho animals had been hounded by dogs to their death. Mr. Blair estimates his lo:;s at £SO. So far the dogs have not been discovered.
