SKATING
A skating carnival is to lie held at the new skating rink at the top of Khyher Pass Road to-night. A feature of the evening will be the appearance of Annette Rujine in special skating items. Additional players have been obtained for the rink band, which is now one of the best in the Dominion. Full particulars are advertised. Clyde Howley and his well-known New International Band, one of the foremost combinations of its kind in Now Zealand, will bo in attendance nt the old skating rink on the corner of Khvber Pass and Park Roads to-night, when an exhibition of American tapdancing will bo given by Miss Annie Throll. There will bo special skating competitions.
