CONCERT AND DANCE A concert and dance, organised by the "companions" of the Royal Empire Society, was held last evening in the Penwomen's Club rooms. CarteLloyd and Miss Tesj, Carte-Lloyd ; duet and dances, Miss Ngaire Hagues and Miss Elsie Stokes, Miss Patricia Boyle and Miss Joy Beattic. The ladies' committee comprised:— Miss Joyce McKean, Miss Pearl Sheppard, Miss Nancy Butler, Miss Marjorie Yeatman and Miss Mary Dyson.
