BEQUEST TO LODGE
AUCKLAND RESIDENT'S WILL An endowment to the trustees of the Fountain of Friendship Lodge Friendly Society No. 349 is provided for in the will of Mr. Carl Westplial, of Auckland, secretary, whose death occurred on June 1. The estate has been valued for probate at under £2500, and upon the determination of several trusts of a personal nature the whole of the then estate is to go to the trustees of the lodge mentioned to hold perpetually. They v are to invest it and use the income for the benefit of the lodge or for the advancement, education or assistance of any member or members of the lodge, 'or ony widow or children of such member. The amount available is to be kept in a separate fund, called the "Carl Westphal Trust Fund."
