SPECIALIST RESIGNS
RETIREMENT FROM PRACTICE [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Thursday The resignation of Dr. A. W. Beveridgc, eye specialist ®to the Waikato Hospital for the last 16 years, was received nt a meeting of the Waikato Hospital Board to-day. The medical superintendent, Br. M. M. Hockin, said that Dr. Beveridgc was retiring from practice. Ho had given most efficient and loyal service to the board. A resolution placing on record the board's appreciation of Dr. Beveridge's services was carried. Dr. Duncan MacDiarmid was appointed to succeed Dr. Beveridgc.
