Tyndall. and the Chief Inspector ot Coal Mines. Mr, G. Duggan. and had discussed the whole question fully. Tha situation was. indeed, critical, and 40 miners would bo thrown out of work immediately. Unless the mine was un. wateied quickly additional expend would be incurred.
