HANDICAP TOURNAMENT In a further match in tho billiards handicap tournament held last evening nt tho Vulcan Billiard Parlours. M. D. White, 500, defeated J. Black, 427. White played attractive billiards, his best breaks being 71, 61, 63, 50. The tournament will bo continued this evening, when W. E. Hackett is drawn to meet G. Schnieder.
