REMUERA CLUB'S OFFICERS A satisfactory financial position was revealed by the report presented at the annual meeting of the Remuera Bowling Club. SOUTH AUCKLAND CENTRE [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday Three new clubs were admitted to the South Auckland Bowling Centre during the year, affiliated membership being raised to over 1 r>l)0, stales the report to be presented at (ho annual meeting of the association this week. A credit balance of £43 was achieved, the centre's assets totalling £ll6 7s 4d. Fortyeight entries, a record number, were received for the centre tournament. Tho suggestion is made in the report that a pairs tournament, should be organised during the coming season, this game not having been provided for in the past, and that arrangements should be made for a tour of Taranaki.
