OPOTIKI HUNT
MEET HELD AT WOODLANDS [BY TKMSCiItAI'H —OWN COUHESI'ONDKNT] OI'OTIKI, Wodiiesday I'liere was a large following of hunters at the opening meet of the Opotiki Hunt Club held over the high country of the Woodlands soldier settlement. Prior to the hounds moving off from the kennels the Mayor, Mr. G. S. Moody, aijd the county chairman, Mr. J. H. Reul, addressed those gathered and wished the club a good season. Starting at the lower end, a, most enjoyable run was made over the open country. Afternoon tea was enjoyed at the homestead.
