HERALD SUPPLEMENT

PUBLICATION TO-MORROW SPECIAL CORONATION ISSUE A 24-page supplement, commemorating the Coronation of King George VI. and Queen Elizabeth, will be issued free with the New Zealand Herald to-morrow morning, the day before the ceremony in Westminster Abbey. This supplement will be profusely illustrated with half-tone blocks and decorations, and will mark an historic occasion, as well as becoming an authoritative record in- years to come. Many interesting sidelights on the lives of the Royal Family will be found within its pages, and the pictures and special articles featured in the supplement should prove of value to readers. There is an article by Sir Philip Gibbs, who for a great many years has enjoyed an international reputation as a journalist, and a series of articles upon the various phases of the Coronation, its significance, tradition and pageantry. These, and extracts from the works of many distinguished men, will make of the supplement interesting reading, apart from its merit- as a means of reference.
