NORTH AUCKLAND CHAMPION [by telegraph—ovrs correspondent] WHANGAREI, Sunday A: course record was established on the Whangarei Ladies' Golf Club's Mount Denby links yesterday afternoon by the North Auckland ladies golf champion, Miss Jean Stewart, when playing in an L.G.U. medal match, which she won with the score of 81, 9 72. Her card was 38 out, which is one under par, and 43 for tho home run. Other good cards were:—Miss W. E. Lamb, 93, 16 — 77; Mrs. E. H. Steele, 93, 16—77; Mrs. J. Robertson, 97, 19—78.
