OPOTIKI SUB-BRANCH [bt telegraph OWN correspondent] OPOTIKI, Tuesday There was a good attendance at tho annual meeting of the Opotiki subbranch of the Plunket Society. The following officers were elected: —President, Mrs. I"]. W. Seville; vice-presi-dents, Mrs. N. V. Hodgson, Mrs. T. Braae and .Mrs. C. Morris; honorary vice-presidents, Mrs. E. Mcllwraith and Mrs. T. Steele; secretary, Mrs. H. N. Fort; treasurer, Mrs. D. E. Pearse; committee, Mesdames A. W. Turner, W. Kay, C. F. Cave, J. Button, W. Sinton, H. Hudson, H. Ash, B. A. M. Vanstone, 10. Bunkall, L. Sinclair, W. F. Cresswell and A. Martin; delegates, Mrs, Hodgson and Mrs. Seville; honorary auditor, Mr. E. A. Bunkall. Mrs. Seville stated that the financial position had improved from a balance in hand of £2O 13s 7d to £6B 18s lOd. Nurse Strachan stated that visits to offices were: —Adults, 6.34; babies, 588; older children, 110. The number of artificially fed babies was disappointingly high.
