Sir, —The success of the experiment conducted by Lady Rhys Williams mentioned by Ysabel Daldy, illustrates the beneficial results achieved by the use of natural foods. Our bodies will only stand the stress of physical reaction in proportion to the materials of which they are constructed. Unless the fuel upon which n machine runs is suitable to the construction of the machine and the nature of the work expected from it, it will only give proportionate efficiency. The care of the body from the point of view of correct diet is a factor greatly needed ifi many homes to-day. It. L. Morrison..
